All designs are currently made to order. Please allow 10 -14 days for delivery. This gives time for any gold or silver plating which needs to be sent to my Dad (aged 83, seems important). Everything is posted first class but in current times this can take 3-4 days rather than next day so a week can easily be lost in the post alone. Please be patient and order things well in advance of when they are needed to avoid being disappointed.
All items are gift wrapped in tissue paper (blue obviously) and packaged in a brown small box then bubble wrapped for safety in the post.
I aim to make the pictures of my designs as clear as possible but if you order something and are not completely happy with it please get in touch. You can send it back for a full refund. Feedback, good or bad is always helpful. If I don't know, I can't fix it! So please let me know by contacting me.
